Greetings from Beaver Creek, Co. :-) We are skiing this week and there is hardly a moment I do not think of you and Active Duty. I've never skied as well as I am doing this year! Not even when I was in my 20's.
For the first time my core muscles and thigh muscles are strong enough to carry me through all the up and downs and turns the sport requires. We are doing pretty long runs and I finish all of them strongly.
The only bad thing is that at the end of the day, I'm the only one in the group who has enough energy left to do the cooking. :-) Oh well - if it means a stong body I truly do not mind!

Thank you for your emails and calls. They really help me stay consistent and come whenever I can.
Your program has made a huge difference in my life. This is the longest consistent time that I have felt steadily well and in good health. Sometimes when things are not going well and I need to count my blessings, I often think of Active Duty as one of the top ones.
I have joined the gym several times in my life, and always end up quitting. I can't keep myself motivated, and I never felt like it was really helping me. My boyfriend and colleagues at work notice the change in my body since I joined Active Duty, and most importantly, so do I. I have more energy and really do look forward to coming every day. You can all feel good about what you are doing for me and all the other women, especially those that have not exercised for years and years.

The workouts are so nicely varied compared to what I've done in a gym before - and we don't do any one thing long enough in Active Duty to get bored. That's a good thing for me! I've said it before, but I'll say it again --- it's a Great program and you do a Great job executing it.

I have seen a huge difference in the results from ADF vs. what I have been accustomed to doing. I worked with a personal trainer very seriously about 10 years ago (2hrs/day, 5x/week), and I was in pretty damn good shape. But in just the 3 1/2 months I've been with ADF, I have toned up very quickly (after 3 kids), and have the flattest stomach I've ever had in my life. I see great muscle definition, and have enough energy to get through my day with 3 kids under the age of 7. I have also dropped from a size 6 to a size4 (which I haven't been in 10 years). My husband is frequently commenting on how great my body looks. So, kudos to you and your entire team.

I am proud to say that I have lost 10 pounds since I started working out with Active Duty six months ago and have tightened one belt loop and gone down one pant size - and best of all, have made some really good friends. Although this may sound sick I actually look forward to getting up at 5:30AM to go workout. When I do workout alone, it's not nearly the same.
